Shearing Machine

CNC Shearing Machine

CNC shears provide robust mechanics, precise hydraulic ball screw gauge and easy to use CNC controller on high productivity cutting machines. Shears have a metal cutting thickness capacity from 6 mm to 20 mm, cutting length capacity from 3 m to 6 m as standard and according to a special demand, customized machines are available.

Shears are made of solid welded steel, built for long operation time. The design of the frame, the cutting beam and the rear gauge ensure maximum rigidity and resistance to torsion and deformation. Due to its powerful design, customers can obtain the highest quality of cut.

With an easy-to-use CNC controller, the operator enters the thickness and type of material and the controller automatically adjusts the cutting angle and blade clearance.

CNC VGrooved Machine

The current market is mostly stuffed with substandard V-grooving machines that cannot deliver the accuracy and speed we actually require. Hence, to counter the issue, we decided to go ahead with building our very own V-grooving machine that would give us the required perfection - even though it meant putting in more time, effort and money. With the perfect linear & parallel v-groove over the length and depth, today we can confidently say that we have what we can call a state-of-the-art V-grooving machine.

Bending Machine

CNC Bending Machine

HRB press brakes are used to bend and fold metal by pressing it into a die. The press brake machine uses manufacturing bending technology, as well as enhancing features to handle difficult jobs. This machine achieves precise bends and angles by using a specially designed dye punch and a digital angle measurement tool. This significantly improves safety, versatility, and usability. We have specifically added laser sensors to provide safety for operators.

In-house Fabrication

Stainless steel has many attractive qualities like high strength, high ductility, corrosion-resistance, and durability that makes its furniture sturdy, attractive and safe. That’s the reason it is our top choice for furniture at HN Hues. However, our process is extensive and our target is to create marvellous pieces that do justice both through its looks as well as its utility. So here’s how our team works relentlessly to bring to you unique, untouched designs that brighten your homes.

01

Product Design

Creative and Innovative design is always a great strength to make something different, We got Creative Designers who work in stainless steel furniture and turns designs into real artwork.

02

Procurement of Material

To ensure that our products are of great quality, this step becomes the backbone of our process. At SteelX Décor we are very specific about the material we use, and therefore the procurement process is lengthy as well. We choose SS 304 for our products because of its excellent quality and durability.

03

Cutting of Material

With the use of our in- house latest technology and advanced equipment, the next step in line for us is the cutting of material. For unique designs, this step holds immense importance as we create marvellous designs with Stainless Steel.

04

Buffing

Once our material is cut, our next step in the process is buffing. Buff polishing is a method that we use to finish the surface of stainless steel. This helps us in making the finish flawless and also getting rid of any scratches or burrs that are visible on the surface.

05

Welding Into Design

This is by far the most interesting step in the process. It is through this process that we convert our raw material into a finished product and give it the shape and design that we set out to. While SS that has been long heralded for its durability and substantial resistance to corrosion poses some unique challenges, at SteelX Décor we use the best ways and techniques of welding them.

Re-buffing / Final Finish

Once the final design is ready, our furniture goes through a full and final round of buffing to make sure it is spotless and shining.

TI-PVD Coating

Last but not the least, once the product is almost ready it goes for lacquering or PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) depending on what our customer prefers. Lacquer is a protective coat of liquid, cellulose ester, or both, dissolved in a volatile solvent that protects its finish whereas PVD is a thin film coating also used to protect the finish.
